For creating parental access accounts, we recommend creating email aliases in Biocanic.
If your patient has an @gmail.com address, any address can use the + symbol and any other word to create a unique email in our system, but all notifications/emails will go back to the same email. For example
and
Would be 2 unique emails in Biocanic, but all emails will go to the same address of client@gmail.com
You can do something similar in Yahoo, but the client would have to set them up in their yahoo account.
This can also be done in Outlook as well https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-or-remove-an-email-alias-in-outlook-com-459b1989-356d-40fa-a689-8f285b13f1f2
Finally, you can always enroll one person, change their email address (which changes the login email but keeps the password the same), and then you can re-enroll the email address again for the second patient.
