Heidi Health is an advanced AI-powered medical scribe platform designed to assist clinicians by automating the documentation of patient visits and streamlining administrative tasks, saving practitioners time. Its core function is to transcribe conversations between healthcare providers and patients in real time, generating detailed, accurate clinical notes and other medical documents such as letters, summaries, and billing codes.
Step 1. Go to your Biocanic Settings > Integrations
Step 2. Toggle on the Heidi Integration
Step 3. Go to a client's dashboard (perhaps start with yourself as the client)
Step 4. Open the Notes section and Add Note. You'll see the Heidi button on the top. Click it and then follow the instructions for setting up an account with Heidi.
Step 5. When you have your next client consultation, you'll hit the Start Visit button in the bottom right of the screen and Heidi will transcribe the session.
