To create a legal agreement in Biocanic, this will be done from the Templates -> Assessments page.
- Click Add Assessment
- Use Question Type "Information Only" to show any legal information provided from your lawyer or prebuilt PDF document
- Use Question Type "Signature Pad" to draw in a signature, or "Signature Field" to type in a name
- Merge fields can be used to auto fill in the client's name, such as [client_first_name] to autofill in their first name automatically.
