Step 1.
Make sure that you have your calendar connected (see video on Connecting Your Google Calendar).
Step 2. From the templates menu, select Events
Step 3. Add Event, Select Allow Self Booking, and Select Your Calendar
Step 4. Name the Event - maybe it's your Discovery Call. Paste in your Meeting Booking Link from either Zoom, Google Meet or whatever Meeting Program you use. You can also specify the duration of the meeting, and send out reminders 1 day, and 1 hour before via the notification method of your choice - either EMAIL or TEXT.
Step 5. You can also choose which day / time you want this to happen, and you can decide if you want the client to pay on booking (see video on Calendar Events Linked to Payment)
Step 6. You can decide if you want any assessments sent out with this type of Event, and a reminder to go out on a date of your choosing, before your appointment.
Step 7. Hit Add Event and then you'll see the event loaded in your templates, along with the link in the right hand column, that you want to share with your client, or on your website
Step 8. If you paste the URL in your browser, it will pull up the booking page that your client will see
