Communication between client and practitioner occurs through the Notes feature.
Step 1. Navigate to Your Client's Dashboard
Scroll down to where you see Notes and Communication then click the Add Note button. Where there's a Select Note Template, you'll see a drop down and you'll select Chat
Step 3. On the top right of the box, toggle on the Visible to Client and then begin typing in the Box. When you're done with your message, hit Save. Your message will be sent to your client as an email notification, letting them know their practitioner has sent them a note.
