Please find the instructions below on how to download your client information.
- To request a client contact list extract (name, email, address, etc) please email help@biocanic.com and the CSV data will be securely provided to you
- To download lab results, from the client dashboard click "View/Download File" which will allow you to download the lab results
- Assessments can be download via View in Printable Format and saved as a PDF
- Supplement protocols can be downloaded via the Printable View
- To download notes, click View All from the Notes and Communications section and this can be printed or saved as a PDF
All invoices and appointments will be available in the respective billing platform and calendar systems.
Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you will have access to your client data in Read Only mode going forward.
