We see issues sometimes with Notes not saving after practitioners have created them. There can be multiple reasons for this, but we will go over a few of them in this article.
The first is the use of multiple Biocanic windows being open in a browser. Working in one window will keep that window logged in, but any others that are not being use go idle and will log out after _____. This triggers the account to log out, whereby the Note would not be saved properly.
The second is the use of browser extensions. You'll want to look at any browser extensions you have running and make sure they are not blocking the process of Notes saving. The best way to do this is to disable all the extensions you have, and add them back one at a time while attempting to save a Note. Once you find the culprit, delete that extension from your browser.
A third, and rare reason, is that somehow you have been removed as practitioner from your own account. If you are not the practitioner on an account, you cannot send Notes to clients/patients - including your own account. This is a last resort troubleshoot, after the first two have been tested, and requires a Help Desk ticket submission to check your account.
